Induced non-local cosmology

We investigate the cosmological implications of an effective gravitational action, inspired by Sakharov’s idea induced gravity, containing non-local contributions from operator □+β−1R. The β term is a novel feature in panorama models and arises naturally within Sakharov theory potential non-minimally coupled scalar field after spontaneous symmetry breaking takes place. In this class contribution can acquire oscillatory behaviour, thereby avoiding divergence Hubble parameter at late times, which another characteristic treated literature. Furthermore, coupling Geff inherits resulting alternating epochs stronger weaker gravity. This framework argued to have potentially interesting for H0 σ8 tensions.
